Some big changes we’ve made to the game since our last post:
• updated UI (new icons, graphics, & more)
• flipped soldier colors (enemies are now an intuitive red & friendlies blue)
• retextured units (more details, along with color changes)
• rebuilt missions system (added leveling up with rewards)
• more in-depth records
• vehicle mechanics redone (hit everything, instead of dodging), along with adding a new vehicle (tank)
• other miscellaneous improvements, including combos (or group kills) & new animations

We’re still shooting for a release date sometime late this year.

For an update long overdue, we have things to announce. First the name of the game. The title of our project is Bümbardia (BOOM-bardia). Next, we’re glad to announce that we’ve been accepted into Boston FIG (Festival of Indie Games) for the second year in a row. And to sum it up, here are some new screenshots showing our progress.
